CreativeNaija is Nigeria’s first social media network for creative Nigerians.
We hereby announce a vacancy for a content and social media manager.
Our ideal candidate:
-18-30 years old
-Reside in Lagos or Abuja or their environs and be available to travel when needed to cover artistic ventures (Expenses paid)
-A creative with a track record of showing tenacity, creativity and self-belief in promoting artistic projects
-Intelligent and confident yet showing a commitment to self-improvement; have common sense and have a good degree of emotional intelligence
-Show intuition and be able to work independently after a period of close supervision
-Have at least basic graphic design and video editing skills
-Have an entrepreneurial spirit. Be able to initiate and execute ideas that would help monetise our social media platforms
Job Description
-Create and curate content for the CreativeNaija website, blog and social media handles including Tiktok Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
-Act as our representative at creative events in and around Nigeria and hopefully, globally in the future
-Duties as directed by founder/CEO of CreativeNaija
-Average of 30 hours work weekly. The key thing will be hitting the targets/weekly tasks.
Salary/Benefits
-70 – 100,000 naira monthly. Would be discussed further during the interview process

-Lucrative bonuses if employee is able to initiate and execute our foray into the monetisation of our platforms

Detail how you meet the person specification above as well as proof of this e.g. Your social media handle or similar projects you have done in the past or links to your creative works eg poems, poetry, dance videos, graphic design, artworks etc etc. Basically put your best foot forward albeit in a succinct manner.

-The role will commence 1st August 2026 for a one year renewable contract including an initial probatory period of 3 months.
